The company undertook a full kitchen renovation for my mother in law over 10 years ago. Even now it still looks like new but one of a matching pair of radiators started to corrode – obviously well out of warranty. I searched the internet myself for a replacement with no luck. So contacted Diane who’s team looked back in their records and got me all the details within a few days. Brilliant. Not many companies would be eager to help old customers.
