‘We obtained quotes from various kitchen companies but Diane’s designs were far the most interesting and innovative. Her design involved re-configuring our kitchen and dining room, combining them into one open plan space. The design makes full use of the area, brings light to a previously dingy kitchen and makes use of a previously under utilised dining room. The new layout has truly transformed how we live as a family. The space is much more sociable and everyone enjoys being in it.
Diane gently guided us through the design process, suggesting things that she thought would work well for us. Her experience was invaluable and we have found her recommendations to be spot on. Diane promised us a robust yet beautiful kitchen, one that could cope with a young family and lots of mud. Seven years on and our kitchen still looks as good as new. We love entertaining in it, and it still has the ‘wow’ factor.
Over the years we’ve contacted Diane a couple of times. Her after-sales care has been exemplary. She responds promptly to queries and has quickly addressed our concerns.
