After showing a close friend our new extension and kitchen design that my husband and I had been working on for 9 months, she simply said, ‘I’ll send you to Diane Berry, I think she can do better!’ As soon as we stepped into the showroom, the process began. We were welcomed, encouraged to browse, ask questions, and explain all the requirements of our new dream kitchen extension. The whole Diane Berry team were extremely professional and as my friend suspected within a week Diane had come up with a perfect design for the whole extension, that we couldn’t believe we hadn’t thought of. Once our budget had been decided, the design was made achievable, work began and the whole experience was painless, even enjoyable. Communication with ourselves, our builders, other tradesmen was excellent, friendly and always helpful. The fitters worked to an extremely high standard, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were precise and efficient. Our kitchen installation was finished on time and was better than we had imagined, we were so delighted…..just in time for the Christmas festivities.That was in 2012, and our kitchen still continues to be the hub of the house and delivers the same pleasure and excitement as the day it was completed. We absolutely love it, wouldn’t change a thing and would highly recommend Diane Berry kitchens to anyone. A very impressive, personal service that continues long after the work is finished.
