Vicki, I just wanted to drop you an email in relation to the installation of my beautiful new kitchen, which I, and my family are all truly in love with.
I would like to thank you for your help from our first meeting to our final meeting in my new kitchen. You took on my wishes and listened so carefully and delivered exactly what I wanted from you, and when I came to view the images, it was not what I wanted, and I soon came to realise the design was right but my choice of shaker was not. We went round the showroom, and we looked at what I could have and the options of the new style doors that I now wanted. Again a 3rd visit and a few more tweaks and we had come to an agreement, also the cost, which made me go OK now its time to bring Rob into the equation 😊
Rob came with me to meet you on our next visit and once he had seen the designs, quality of your products, he agreed with both of us, and we chose to fully go forward with Diane Berry.
You have always been so helpful and have also been there at the end of the phone or an email when I would send you random requests in relation to my design.
We had a date that the kitchen would be installed in March and excitement began to start in the Griffin Household. Martin was so helpful and informative with our builders and our electrician and was always on hand to answer any of their issues.
We had quite a few of your fitters work on my kitchen due to illness and each and everyone of them were great, professional, talented, and friendly with their own unique personality too.
Pete – The wonderful store man who we started the process off with and ended it with. He was there daily delivering various items for the kitchen, and he always turned up with a smile.
Tino – A wonderful man who was so friendly and did such a good job, we were sad to lose him due to illness and I hope that he is on the mend now.
Laszlo – Such a character and an extremely skilled joiner, he made my hidden wall a reality and he finished off the rest of our kitchen in Tino’s absence to a first-class standard.
Barry – He was new to the team, and he was so professional and carried out all his works with a smile under Laszlo’s watchful eye, he will certainly be trained well as Laszlo does not miss anything.
Martin – The man who controlled and organised everyone, he did such a great job and was always on the end of the phone with updates and keeping me sane when things came to a standstill that it will all work out in the end, and true to his word, he delivered!
Vicki your attention to detail has been second to none with your design and Martin with his skilled fitters, he ensured that all your points were delivered in the installation. I did love how if they were unsure of anything they would always check with you first, as they know it had to pass your high standards.
I never thought I would have a kitchen like the one I have now, it is truly beautiful, sleek, and clean in design, and everything has a perfect place and is not on show, at the start of my kitchen journey I never thought I would have gone with a German design, but I am so glad that I did. I am so impressed with Eggersmann wood and the first-class design that Vicki put together to enhance our wonderful home.
I would also like to add, that I do know that now the kitchen is done this is not the end of Diane Berry, your aftercare is first class too, any issues these have all been picked up and a plan in place to rectify, even things that I have not picked up, but the beady eye of Vicki did. This most certainly gives me confidence for the future that if I have any issues they will be dealt with, but I am hoping that this will not be the case.
